It's been raining...
Marion is very thankful for the slow inch-sixty that we've received. And since he couldn't do any corn cutting or silage cutting, or anything else right now, we decided to go to the Apple Orchard with the kids.
Unfortunately though, it was raining! So instead of going to the orchard, we went to Red Cloud and ate at Subway.
On the way up there, we took a short detour to see the Mount Hope Church. It truly is a beautiful little church that they have maintained very well.
They even still have the bell in the tower:
We were all very thankful we didn't get stuck in a mud puddle on the way there or on the way back, but we enjoyed our raining day away together.
