In today's report from the doctor, Sarah is off her blood pressure medicine and her gas numbers are holding steady. She is requiring a lot of balancing in her care: her oxygen varies and is constantly needing adjustment between pressure and saturation; her kidneys are barely functioning and with the increased fluids required to balance her blood pressure they have to be careful not to overload her system; and her blood sugar and potassium levels are battling between themselves.
The critical issues still remain: she shows no sign of movement and no effort to breath on her own.
At this time, Marion and I ask that if you are praying with us that God will do a miracle and breath life back into Sarah or make it clear that it is time to let her go. Our desire is to bring our baby girl home, but we do not wish to unnecessarily and selfishly prevent her being with Jesus either.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
